Applicable to both weekend programs: Applied Claude for Business Analysts and AI Stewardship for Business Analysts.
By enrolling in a course — whether payment is made online, by transfer, or through any other channel — you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time. The version that applies to your enrollment is the version in effect on the date your purchase is completed.
Each course is a two-day, in-person, hands-on weekend intensive delivered on Saturday and Sunday, approximately 8 hours per day, with scheduled breaks and a lunch period. Cohort size is strictly limited to 12 participants. Enrollment in Course 2 requires completion of Course 1 or equivalent prior experience with Claude; we may verify this before confirming the seat.
Language of instruction. All sessions, materials, and exercises are delivered in English. Sufficient comprehension of English to follow live instruction and engage with written materials is the participant’s responsibility. Translation, interpretation, or alternative-language materials are not provided.
Enrollment is completed through our online registration form. The seat is confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by email.
All prices include IVA. The total displayed at checkout is the total payable.
A Colombian electronic invoice (factura electrónica) is issued for every enrollment and delivered to the email address provided. The participant is responsible for providing accurate tax identification details at the time of purchase.
The participant may withdraw from the enrollment within 5 business days of the purchase date, without justification and without penalty. To exercise this right, send written notice to academy@agenticdream.com within the window, with the subject line “Cancellation — [order number].” We will acknowledge receipt and process the refund within 30 calendar days, to the original payment method. The time required for funds to reach the account once the refund has been initiated depends on the bank or card network, typically 5 to 15 business days.
If the course start date falls within the 5-business-day window (for example, an enrollment completed on Wednesday for a course starting that Saturday), the withdrawal right ends at the moment the course begins. The participant will be asked at checkout to acknowledge this expressly. Until the course begins, the right remains exercisable.
Once the 5-business-day withdrawal window has closed:
If you identify an incorrect or fraudulent charge, notify Agentic Dream within 5 business days of becoming aware of it and notify your bank or card issuer in parallel. The right to have such charges reversed is preserved.
We may cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, venue issues, or force majeure. In that case, the participant may choose between a full refund, processed within 30 calendar days, or a transfer to a future cohort. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other ancillary costs.
Punctuality. Sessions begin at their scheduled time. The group will not wait for late arrivals, and the instructor will not repeat material already delivered. Any content missed due to late arrival is the participant’s sole responsibility and does not entitle the participant to a refund or extension.
Participation. The course is hands-on. Participants are expected to engage actively in the exercises; the value of the course depends on it.
Conduct. Participants are expected to treat fellow participants, the instructor, and venue staff with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the learning environment, without refund.
Exercise materials. Participants are encouraged to bring real artifacts for the hands-on exercises. Confidential client information, regulated data (medical, financial, or otherwise), and material the participant is not authorized to disclose must not be used. The participant is solely responsible for any content uploaded to Claude or shared with the cohort.
Recording or transcribing the sessions is not permitted in any form — audio, video, AI transcription, automated note-taking tools, livestreaming, or equivalent technology — without our prior written consent. Personal handwritten or typed notes are permitted.
If a participant is identified as recording or transcribing without consent, Agentic Dream will:
Course materials. Slides, prompt libraries, templates, exercises, capstone briefs, and reference artifacts are the intellectual property of Agentic Dream. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for personal and internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or use to deliver competing training is prohibited without our prior written consent.
Participant work product. Prompts, skills, and capstone deliverables created during the course belong to the participant. By enrolling, the participant grants Agentic Dream a non-exclusive right to reference anonymized patterns from participant work for the purpose of improving future cohorts, unless the participant opts out in writing.
Third-party marks. “Claude” and “Anthropic” are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. References to these names reflect Agentic Dream’s status as a certified partner and do not grant any right to use Anthropic’s trademarks.

The participant may at any time request access to their personal data, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of authorization, by writing to privacy@agenticdream.com. We respond to enquiries within 15 business days and to formal claims within 15 business days, extendable by 8 additional business days where necessary.
Photographs and video may be taken during the course for marketing, communications, and quality-assurance purposes. At checkout, the participant is asked to provide separate, express authorization for this use through a dedicated consent checkbox, independent of the acceptance of these terms. Authorization is optional; declining does not affect the enrollment, and a participant who has not authorized will be excluded from such material. Authorization may be withdrawn at any time by writing to privacy@agenticdream.com.
During the course, participants must not upload third-party personal data, confidential business information, regulated data, or proprietary client material into Claude. Synthetic or anonymized examples should be used. The participant remains solely responsible for any content provided to Claude or shared with the cohort.

Claude is a probabilistic AI system. Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. The course teaches responsible use of Claude; decisions taken using Claude in the participant’s own work remain the participant’s responsibility. Nothing taught in the course constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Our duty of care applies inside the designated training area, during scheduled session hours. During breaks, the lunch period, before the start of the day, after the end of the day, and at any time the participant leaves the training area — including going outside the venue, to a restaurant, to a shop, or to the parking lot — the participant’s activities fall outside the scope of the course and outside our reasonable control. Participants are responsible for their own food, beverages, medication, and personal needs during these periods. A participant with a medical condition that may require accommodation should inform the instructor at the start of Day 1.
For ordinary contractual matters, our total aggregate liability arising from these terms or any course is limited to the fees paid by the participant for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of business, revenue, or data.
The above limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Colombian law. These protections apply regardless of any other provision in these terms.
For any concern, please contact academy@agenticdream.com. We will respond within 15 business days and seek to resolve the matter directly. These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
Language. These terms are issued in English and Spanish. The Spanish version is the official version for participants located in Colombia. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.
Severability. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be ineffective only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Amendments. These terms may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to a given enrollment is the version published on the date the purchase was completed.
